Yes! We are a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) boat. Bring your favorite drinks, beers, wine, or cocktails. We provide the coolers, ice, and water. Glass containers are not permitted for safety — please use cans, plastic bottles, or bring your own cups. Drink responsibly and have a blast!

Absolutely! We welcome families with children of all ages. All tours include USCG-approved life jackets in children's sizes, and our captains are experienced with families on board. The Tiki Paraiso has railings and a stable platform. Kids love spotting dolphins and exploring the islands!

We recommend: sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), sunglasses, a towel, your favorite beverages (BYOB!), snacks if you'd like, a waterproof phone case, and a sense of adventure. We provide ice, coolers, water, floats, and the good vibes.

Dolphins are regularly spotted on our cruises — they love riding alongside the Tiki Paraiso! While wildlife sightings are never guaranteed, our captains know the best routes and we see dolphins on the majority of our trips. We've also spotted manatees, sea turtles, and tropical birds.

We understand plans change. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Weather-related cancellations are always fully refunded or rescheduled at no charge.

Our tours range from 2 to 4+ hours: Sightseeing Cruise (2 hours), Raccoon Island Adventure (3 hours), Raccoon Island + Sandbar Swim (4 hours), and Customize Your Adventure (flexible duration). Private charters are available from 2 hours up to a full day.

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe for boating, we will contact you to reschedule at no extra charge or provide a full refund. Light rain doesn't stop us — the tiki boat has a canopy for shade and shelter. We monitor weather conditions closely and will communicate any changes.

We depart from Bill Bird Marina at Haulover Park, Slip E-22. Address: 13936 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33154. Enter from Collins Ave, pass the kite shop, and follow signs to the marina. Our slip is E-22, near the fuel dock. Free parking is available in the marina lot.

The Tiki Paraiso has a flat deck and our crew provides boarding assistance. However, the boat is accessed via a floating dock and gangway which may present challenges for some mobility devices. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss your specific needs and ensure a comfortable experience.

Book online through our website using any major credit card (processed securely through FareHarbor). For private charters and special arrangements, we also accept Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, and Venmo. A deposit is required to confirm charter bookings.

For groups of 8 or more on standard tours, contact us directly for special group pricing. Private charters are already priced for groups of up to 30 passengers. We love hosting birthday parties, bachelorette parties, corporate outings, and family reunions!

Refunds for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance are processed within 5-7 business days. Weather cancellations receive immediate full refund or free reschedule. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. For private charter deposits, please refer to your charter agreement terms.

Absolutely! Our "Customize Your Adventure" option lets you design your perfect day on the water. Choose your route, stops, and duration. Popular custom trips include sunset cruises, proposal setups, photography tours, and birthday celebrations. Contact us to plan your custom experience.

Miami's boating season runs year-round! Peak season is November through April (dry season, perfect weather). Summer months (June-September) offer warmer water, longer days, and stunning sunsets. Dolphin sightings are common year-round. Sunset tours are especially popular — book early!
